Birds of North America's Foglark Dress is '60s chic! This tailored mini dress has a square neckline, three-quarter lantern sleeves and a fitted top and skirt. It features an invisible back closure and two side pockets in the skirt. The cotton night rain print features blue-green trees catching the moonlight after some fall showers. The hem hits around the mid-thigh, making it great for pairing with tights or platform boots depending on your mood.
